American Mountain climbing Society is proud to announce the 2026 Nationwide Trails Day® micro-grant program. The grant is designed to cut back limitations for underrepresented communities to take part in significant occasions in celebration of the thirty fourth annual American Mountain climbing Society’s Nationwide Trails Day® on June 6, 2026.

Three communities, affinity teams, or occasions that foster belonging, respect and particular person potential, can be eligible to obtain $1,500 every in funding to assist an in-person occasion for Nationwide Trails Day®.

Funding can be utilized in the direction of transportation prices, hands-on supplies, stewardship provides, gear library merchandise, meals (excluding alcohol), occasion promotion, and some other supplies wanted for an inclusive path expertise. Occasions ought to embody out of doors recreation alternatives and/or a path service challenge. Grassroots advocacy activations are permitted at these occasions.
